2022/2023 Pricing

Rentals any longer than 4 days will incur additional charges. Contact us for more info. Any Winter tent rentals (between November 1st and April 15th) will be billed at 2x the cost listed below due to extremely hard wear and tear on equipment and other factors that make winter tenting more difficult. Tables, chairs and other items will be billed at the standard rate during winter months. Everest Party Rentals reserves the right to modify our prices at any time and for any reason.

Any deliveries within 10 miles of our warehouse will be charged a flat $50. Any deliveries more than 10 miles from our warehouse will incur additional charges. Please contact us for more info and rates.

Leave all of the work to us and add setup of the tables, chairs, and lights for only an extra $35!
