How far in advance do I need to contact diggers hotline for my tent setup?

We reccomend contacting diggers hotline 2 weeks ahead of your event. We may be out a few days prior to your event to setup your tent. Diggers Hotline can be reached by dialing 811 on your phone. We can handle this for you if you prefer. Contact us to get this service added to your invoice.

How far in advance should I book my rental items?

We book everything on a first come first serve basis. Some of our clients are booking their events 1-2 years in advance. We reccomend booking sooner rather than later. 

What size tent do I need?

You can call or email and we will be happy to help you figure out what size you will need. You can also visit our tents page where we have info that will help you decide what size you may need.

Do you set everything up?

Setup is included with a tent, dance floor, or stage rental. Tables, chairs and other items are typically left stacked at the jobsite. We can setup tables and chairs for an additional fee. Contact us for more info. 

Do you require a deposit at the time of booking?

While we pride ourselves on being affordable and guaranteeing the best price in the area, we do require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. We like to think of it this way: 25% down is your commitment to utilizing our service but it's also our promise to you that we will be there to help you plan your event every step of the way. 

Can I make changes to my order after the order has been placed?

We welcome any and all changes up to 30 days prior to your event date. Once within 30 days any items removed from your invoice will still need to paid for in full. Items can be added to your invoice up to the day before we come out to setup for your event. 

How many people can fit at your tables?

Our 8` banquet tables and 60" round tables can comfortable seat 8 people at them. 

Can you setup a tent on asphalt or concrete?

We typically setup our tents on grass or gravel. Although less frequent, we can also setup our tents on asphalt. Extra charges may be added for filling stake holes left on asphalt. 


On occasion we have setup on concrete. We typically reserve this installation for customers who have a need to repeatedly set tents in this area as it's not cost effective for a one time install. This typically requires drilling holes in the concrete and installing anchors and needs to be done by a licensed contractor. Contact us for more fo on this type of install. 

Can I pick up rental items from your location?

Yes you may. We are typically there early mornings or late in the afternoon. Please call to setup a time to pick up your items. Our address is 239 Ross Ave Suite 301 Schofield, WI 54476

What do I need to do to prepare for my tent install?

Diggers hotline needs to be contacted at 811 2 weeks prior to your event date to have the area marked for utilities.  If there are any private lines such as septic pipes, drain fields, gas lines, or sprinkler systems those need to be marked as well. We ask that any lawn mowing be completed the day prior to install. We also ask that the grass be bagged to help keep our tents nice and clean for your event.

What areas do you service?

We service all of Central and North-Central Wisconsin. This includes but is not limited to: 

Wausau, Steven's Point, Rhinelander, Tomahawk, Eagle River, Shawano, Three lakes, Medford, Abbotsford, Marshfield, Wittenberg, Wisconsin Rapids, Antigo, Minocqua, and more


If you arent in this immediate area, please reach out. We will take jobs further away on a case by case basis. 

When will my equipment be setup?

We typically try to be a day ahead of your event with exception of wedding ceremony chair rentals and other small rentals. We may be out as early as Wednesday on busy weekends. We try to prioritize large events and weddings on Wednesday and Thursday, and save smaller event setups for Friday. 


As always we remain flexible and can usually accomodate requests. Please contact us if you have a specific request or to discuss your timeline.
